The production, fulfilment and logistical support is provided by VAVAVOOM Pty Ltd.
We commit to the following service levels:
- BrandManager.biz Up-time
- 98% uptime
- Delivery
- Next day dispatch for all in-stock merchandise, signage and print products
- Storage
- Free warehousing for all client merchandise, signage and print products purchased through VAVAVOOM Pty Ltd and ordered through the Store
- Artwork
- File sizes are to be agreed in consultation with VAVAVOOM Pty Ltd
- Other Service Levels
- Other service levels may be agreed in consultation with VAVAVOOM Pty Ltd
